ALAMO'S DURK
LEVELS UP

Alamo/Geffen/Interscope's Lil Durk made the most of 2020, which saw his Grammy-nominated collaboration with Drake and breakthrough album. As John Janick's Interscope starts 2021 in the same commanding way it closed 2020, Durk has kicked off the year with some fireworks of his own: The Voice, a mixtape dedicated to the late King Von, has given him the biggest sales week of his career.

Durk's latest project rose to #3 on the album chart with 66k units its first full week of activity. With its 12/24 drop date factored in, it's already approaching 100k.

Durk's collab with King Von, "Still Trappin," reached #1 at Apple Music and is currently in the Top 3.

On top of his hit single with Drake, "Laugh Now, Cry Later," Durk reached the Top 5 of the HITS Top 50 twice in 2020; just Cause Y'all Waited 2 bowed at #5 in May with 57k, and the deluxe version boosted the album to #2 in July. King Von, it should be noted, was inked to Durk's Empire-distribbed imprint, Only The Family.

The rising Chicago rapper's success adds further luster to Todd Moscowitz's Alamo, which enjoyed a strong 2020 thanks to hitmakers blackbear and Trevor Daniel and streaming giant Rod Wave.
