ELI TO HONOR BLACK LAWYERS ORG

The Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association will be honored with the 2021 Entertainment Law Initiative Service Award during Grammy Week.

This laurel is bestowed upon an attorney or organization that has demonstrated a commitment to advancing and supporting the music community through service. The winner of this year's Entertainment Law Initiative Writing Competition will also be recognized during the virtual event.

The Entertainment Law Initiative was founded to promote discussion and debate about legal issues faced by the music industry. The initiative also endeavors to support careers in entertainment law by seeking out the nation’s top law students and giving them valuable networking and educational opportunities.
