DID SOMEONE SAY YEAR-END CHARTS?

The Mediabase year-end charts have hit our desk. Some highlights:

Riding a wave of Spangmania, Gary Spangler's Republic is once again the Overall Label—for the 7th consecutive year! Brenda Romano's Interscope lands in the #2 spot, as Peter Gray's Columbia takes a big leap to #3.

Mr. Gray and John Strazza are surely toasting—virtually, of course— to the crazy success of 24kGoldn’s "Mood," the biggest, fastest, longest-running #1 on the Pop chart. Spanky and the gang, meanwhile, claim the #1 spot at Top 40, AC and Hot AC.

Romano and squad are #1 at Rhythmic, Urban and Triple-A, while Joe Riccitelli's RCA team was #1 at R&B. Royce Risser's Capitol crew is celebrating its Country #1, and Big Loud's Seth England is reveling in Morgan Wallen’s #1 for "Chasin You," which also happened to be the #1 Song of the Year at Country.

And now, the Top 5 Most Played artists at all formats:

1) The Weeknd (XO/Republic, Spangler)

2) Dua Lipa (Warner, Mike Chester)

3) Post Malone (Republic, Spangler)

4) Harry Styles (Columbia, Gray)

5) Lewis Capaldi (Capitol, Greg Marella)
