2 Chainz has launched his new series, Money Maker Fund, which features HBCU students and alumni pitching their entrepreneurial ideas to the Grammy winner for funding.
Produced by 2 Chainz, Money Maker Fund is the result of a partnership with YouTube’s Black Voices Fund, dedicated to amplifying and developing the voices of Black creators and artists. It will award $55k to Black entrepreneurs across a total of five episodes.
“With this year being more than challenging for all of us, I'm inspired by these courageous students still pushing through, chasing their dreams and goals. The idea behind ‘Money Maker Fund’ is simply to add more fuel to the already burning fire of ambition they showcase," said 2 Chainz.
In addition to series, YouTube's Black Voices Fund supports livestreams and events. Upcoming offerings include The Legacy Series: Fashion Show, the Black Future Series featuring Moses Sumney and Kitty’s World Virtual Series featuring Kitty Cash.
Money Maker Fund is set to stream exclusively on 2 Chainz’s YouTube channel 12/14-18 at 12pm PT/3pm ET. Watch the first episode below.
