Spreading harmonious joy, RCA’s Pentatonix have premiered the music video for their original ballad, “Thank You,” from their new holiday collection, We Need a Little Christmas. The track and video pay homage to the people in our lives we’re thankful for. Both feature Scott Hoying on piano and Kevin “K.O.” Olusola on cello. Not coincidentally, these are two of the people Pentatonix themselves are thankful for.
The three-time Grammy winners released We Need a Little Christmas, their sixth holiday album, earlier this month. The five previous albums from PTX’s holiday collection, including the double-platinum That’s Christmas to Me, have sold nearly 13m units worldwide.
PTX will return on 11/25 to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, to be broadcast on NBC at 9am in all time zones, while their 2019 performance of “Deck the Halls” will air during ABC’s The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration, at 9pm ET/PT. They’re also set to perform on NBC’s Christmas in Rockefeller Center special, on 12/2 at 8pm ET/PT.
