Columbia Records U.K. President Ferdy Unger-Hamilton, Hipgnosis Songs Fund Founder Merck Mercuriadis and industry exec Tim Blacksmith are among the participants at The Ultimate Seminar, taking place this weekend, 11/21-22—in its first-ever digital-only incarnation.
