CELLMATES MILEY & DUA ESCAPE

Miley Cyrus has dropped her highly anticipated collab with Dua Lipa, "Prisoner," via RCA. Cyrus' album Plastic Hearts, featuring Billy Idol and Joan Jett as well as Dua, arrives 11/27. The official video for "Prisoner," which is chock-full of things you just shouldn't do during quarantine, appears below.

The joint effort lands hours before Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber's "Monster" drops, tomorrow, 11/20.
