Fousheé, the singer/songwriter behind the viral "Deep End," has signed to RCA. Her original vocals for the track skyrocketed on TikTok when they were used for Sleepy Hollow's "Deep End Freestyle," which has now amassed more than 6m views on the platform. Watch and listen to Fousheé's song below.
Inked by EVP of A&R Tunji Balogun and A&R Consultant Anthony Osei, the creative who helped discover Daniel Caesar, Fousheé is now inside the Top 5 on Spotify's Global Viral chart and Top 10 on Shazam Global. The Jersey-bred multi-instrumentalist is currently based in L.A.
Written following George Floyd’s death, "Deep End" finds the words many were looking for during such a difficult time. The video highlights Black culture, paying homage to Blaxploitation films of the '70s. Since its proper release, "Deep End" has been streamed and viewed more than 20 million times worldwide.
