A former William Morris Endeavor agent and two ex-Paradigm agents have formed a new booking agency and entertainment company, Mint, with an expansive roster that includes Mavis Staples, Taj Mahal, Ambrose Akinmusire and Blackberry Smoke.
C.J. Strock, formerly of WME, and former Paradigmers Patrick McAuliff and Phil Egenthal, have created Mint Talent Group, with founding agents Mary Allen and Cassie Siegel, formerly of Madison House, Michael Morris and Ryan Owens (Paradigm), Peter Wiederlight (WME) and Logan Handelsman (CAA).
In addition to core booking representation, Mint is reimagining the agency marketing department, handling voice-over, TV and film opportunities and will offer access to a premier fan club ticketing platform. Mint has already established agency-wide partnerships with numerous brand executives and corporate buyers plus sports department led by Strock.
“The goal of Mint is to bring together great agents with amazing rosters so that both can thrive at a home that values the associate, agent and artist like family,” McAuliff said. “The wealth of experience the Mint team brings to the group gives us the clout of a corporate without the limitations or boundaries.”
Allen, Wiederlight and Handelsman will launch the electronic division; Wiederlight is also the head of festival booking. Owens will oversee the casino booking department. Mint will feature an associate training program.
