A VERY VIRTUAL iHEARTRADIO MUSIC FESITAL

The 10th annual iHeartRadio Music Festival is in the books, following two days of virtual performances on the weekend of 9/18-19.

Stars including Alicia Keys, Bon Jovi, BTS, Coldplay, Kane Brown, Keith Urban, Miley Cyrus, Bon Jovi, Migos, Thomas Rhett and Jon Pardi were recorded on stages in L.A. and Nashville for the Ryan Seacrest-hosted show, streamed live on the CWTV.com and broadcast on iHeartMedia stations nationwide.

Keys opened the first night with her new song, “Love Looks Better”; BTS performed hits including “Dynamite”; Rhett and special guest Pardi traded verses on “Beer Can’t Fix,” and Cyrus wrapped up the two-day event with a cover of Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” as well as her current single, “Midnight Sky.”

In addition to surprise guests and virtual meet and greets, the iHeart Fest employed PORTL hologram technology to transport Brown, life-size and in 3D, from a Nashville stage to the iHeartRadio Theatre in L.A., where he performed “Be Like That” alongside Khalid and Swae Lee.

The CW Network will air highlights of the iHeart Fest on 9/27-28 from 8-10pm ET.
