Australian producer Alice Ivy is cooling down summer with her breezy anthem, "In My Mind" f/Ecca Vandal (Last Gang/eOne). Ivy's track is featured in Apple's latest global 'Shot on iPhone' campaign and debuted at #1 on Shazam's U.S. Discovery chart. Watch the Apple spot here.
With the major sync, Ivy joins the esteemed company of electronic luminaries Daft Punk, Chairlift and fellow Aussie Flume as being handpicked by the tech giant, while becoming a household name in Australia.
Reflecting on the opportunity Ivy says, "When I was growing up I was obsessed with iPod ads and I'd download all of the songs that featured on them. The fact that "In My Mind" has been chosen for an iPhone campaign is honestly something I could never have dreamed of happening. A thousand blessings to Apple for believing in me and my music."
Last month she released her sophomore album Don't Sleep, which debuted at #2 on the Australian ARIA Dance albums chart. Listen to "In My Mind" below, and check out Ivy's album here.
