KOBE IN BETTER


On Kobe Bryant’s 42nd birthday Sunday, Nike debuted a short film in tribute to the late L.A. legend narrated by Kendrick Lamar, who delivers his simple words with heart-wrenching expressiveness.

The 90-second film, titled Better, “celebrates the universal relevance of progress and highlights Kobe’s prolific desire for improvement,” according to Nike . “The Mamba Mentality is about getting better, every day, in everything we do.”

Monday night, in game 4 of their playoff series against Portland, the Lakers will wear their special Black Mamba uniforms.
