Drake’s latest from OVO/Republic shoots straight to the top of the Shazam USA Top100, making it this week’s biggest mover. Also among the top gainers are two songs from Warner Records rapper CHIKA, courtesy of Netflix’s Jamie Foxx vehicle Project Power.
The film pushes CHIKA’s “High Rises” and “My Power” get into the Top 5 of the biggest movers along with 2 Chainz f/Lil Wayne’s 4-year-old track “Gotta Lotta” (Def Jam).
Another film, The Lost Husband, available via video on demand, gets Bob Schneider’s “Wish the Wind Would Blow Me” (Kirtland), released in 2013,among the biggest movers.
Thumbs in the U.K. are equally enchanted with Drake and the Project Power tunes as well as Miley Cyrus’s latest, “Midnight Sky.”
