TIKTOK GOES CRAZY FOR PRINCE

Prince songs are being made available today for TikTok users to add to soundtracks for their own videos. The Prince Estate will be posting archival footage of Prince performances, interviews and video excerpts.

“With the addition of Prince’s full catalogue on TikTok, it is our hope that a new generation of global fans can find meaning in Prince’s music, and be inspired to create,” said Troy Carter, Entertainment Advisor for The Prince Estate.

TikTok is the first short-form video app to gain global access to Prince’s full discography, and The Prince Estate will offer special programming on the app over the next week.

At noon PT Monday, Paisley Park’s legacy preservationist Mitch Maguire will lead a livestream tour of Prince's home and studio on Sound-Off. Follow Prince on TikTok: @prince.4.ever
