TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

Relevant singles from Beyonce and J. Cole, released amid the Black Lives Matter protests, are hitting a nerve with Shazam users as they lead the biggest movers on the Shazam USA Top 100.

Beyonce’s “Black Parade” (Parkwood/Columbia) and Cole’s “Snow on Tha Bluff” (Dreamville/Roc Nation) join new releases from Topic & A7S, “Breaking Me” (Capitol), and Beat King f/Queendome Come, “Then Leave” (Columbia), among the biggest movers. Gabby Barrett’s collab with Charlie Puth from early 2019, “I Hope” (Warner Nashville), starts capturing new ears in the wake of the release of her debut album Goldmine.

It’s a completely different story in the U.K. where Jubel f/NEIMY’s cover of King Harvest’s “Dancing in the Moonlight” is the biggest mover. The track was used in a January episode of Love Island. Abacus f/Cimone’s “Everybody’s Got to Learn Sometime (I Need You Loving)” shoots up the chart after its use in an ad for Kopparberg cider. New singles from Beyonce, John Legend and Anne-Marie also make the list.
