Def Jam’s Nicki Farag and crew have #1 at Pop radio locked up with Justin Bieber’s “Intentions” f/Quavo—and when Mediabase goes official on Sunday, it will mark her first #1 as the label’s Head of Promotion.
Nicki and her team patiently bided her time over the 106 weeks of maneuvering between The Weeknd and Doja Cat, then picked her moment to surge into the top spot. Biebs could stay at #1 for a while, as nothing looks poised to challenge his chart supremacy in the near term.
