U.K. CHARTS: GAGA HOLDS ONTO #1

Lady Gaga’s Chromatica (Interscope) holds onto #1 on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart for a second week, topping the debut from Sports Team by fewer than 600 chart sales. DaBaby registers his fourth week at #1 at Singles.

Sports Team’s Deep Down Happy (Big Desert/Island) was the week’s top title in all sales categories—digital and physical. The LP sold 4,300 copies and was the top seller at U.K. indie record shops.

Wake Up, Sunshine, the eighth album from Atlantic’s All Time Low, comes in at #3; it’s their fourth Top 10. The Essential Human League, a greatest hits package on Spectrum, debuts at #13while Run The Jewels score their first Top 20 album with RTJ4 (BMG) debuting at #18.

At Singles, DaBaby f/Roddy Ricch’s “Rockstar” (Interscope) racked up another 7.4m streams this week to keep its place at the top, finishing ahead of Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande’s “Rain On Me” (Interscope), which holds at #2.

“Breaking Me” (Topic/Virgin) by German DJ Topic f/A7S climbs one place to a new peak #4, and AJ Tracey f/Mostack’s “Dinner Guest” hops two spots to a new high at #6.

“Secrets” (Ministry of Sound) from Kosovan DJ Regard and British singer-songwriter Raye is up six places to #12 and Australian singer-songwriter Sam Fischer’s “This City” (RCA) hits a new peak of #17 for its 10th week inside the Top 40. TikTok hit “Party Girl” by Columbia’s 19-year-old rapper StaySolidRocky jumps six places to break into the Top 20 at #18.
