Post Malone is shaping up as a bit of a renaissance man.
The chartbusting Republic artist, who recently raised a whole buncha money for COVID-19 relief with his hard-charging online Nirvana tribute, has announced he's rolling out his own rosé wine.
Maison No. 9, as the juice is called, is the result of a trip Posty took to Provence (the terroir of classic-style rosé); he subsequently developed the project in tandem with Global Brand Equities’ James Morrissey and manager Dre London; winemaker Alexis Cornu handled the grape.
This blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah and Merlot from the 2019 harvest is slated to become available next month, distribbed by mega-wine brand Gallo.
You may associate the face-tatted superstar with Budweiser, but this is, as the budding oenophile puts it, what you drink "when you want to get a little fancy."
Post has also been spearheaded the vending of "clean kits" packaging masks, gloves, disinfectant and more, with net proceeds to Direct Relief, via his Shaboink venture.
Oh, and in case you missed it, Post mentioned during the Nirvana show that he's been working on a new album. We're hoping he pairs it with the wine by crooning the hits of Charles Aznavour and Edith Piaf.
