Ingrooves Music Group is expanding its presence in Australia and New Zealand, naming Spotify’s Nina Rabe-Cairns as Country Manager. The move follows Ingrooves opening offices in Brazil, Japan and South Korea earlier this year.
“Nina brings with her a wealth of expertise and deep relationships throughout this important music market that will be crucial to our ongoing expansion in the region,” said Ingrooves CEO Bob Roback.
At Spotify, Rabe-Cairns was Market Strategy & Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand after joining the streaming service as Senior Editor/Playlist Curator. Prior to that she worked for Nickelodeon, MTV and Comedy Central.
Based in Sydney, Rabe-Cairns says, “I know from working directly with them over the past few years that Ingrooves’ platform and capabilities are unparalleled in the music business.”
