PVRIS (Warner/Asylum)

WHAT IT IS: Led by multi-instrumentalist/songwriter/producer Lynn Gunn, American rock band PVRIS makes music characterized by honesty, passion and deeply held personal conviction. Sole architect Gunn, alongside guitarist Alex Babinski and bassist/keyboardist Brian MacDonald, step into a new chapter as they recently inked a pub deal with Primary Wave and are gearing up for the release of their third LP, Use Me, featuring glitchy beat-craft, airy guitars and spellbinding vocals. Gunn has dropped two tracks from the project, “Good to Be Alive” and “Dead Weight,” and will put out the album’s opening track, “Gimme a Minute,” on 5/10.
