INTERSCOPE'S DIGITAL DOMINANCE

John Janick's Interscope isn't letting a WFH situation slow them down. This week, IGA unloaded a major album from DaBaby while dropping a highly anticipated new single from cult icon Playboi Carti. They currently both sit atop the Apple Music album and song charts, respectively.

The Santa Monica label has also been in contention for #1 during The Weeknd's streak all month. With Rod Wave and Tory Lanez earning the most-streamed albums in their debut weeks, DaBaby's Blame It On Baby should lock in Interscope for owning the top-streaming project each week in April.

Operationally, its business as usual for the House of Janick, which has been invested in streaming acts from the start. If you got 'em, smoke 'em.
