SAM GOES ON THE OFFENSIVE

Paradigm chief Sam Gores went on the offensive this weekend, attempting to hold onto his fiefdomas the agency world finds itself in a pandemic panic.

Gores, who laid off as much as a third of his staff in late March, sent emails this weekend to the heads of competing agencies alerting them that employees are under long term contracts and interfering with them will not be tolerated.

He’s putting them on legal notice by doing this—it’s an implied threat of litigation for tampering.

Is he singing a new tune for his top agents or just whistling Dixie?
