ANDRA DAY'S UPLIFTING RISE

Warner's Andra Day is reaping the benefits from huge syncs for her uplifting anthem "Rise Up." The track was catapulted to #2 at iTunes last week following a heartwrenching and inspiring montage from NBC's Today Show.

It's since maintained its position in the Top 3 at iTunes behind big spots from a State Farm Insurance commercial and ABC's new hit show For Life.

Day has an album in the works that should drop later this year. The Grammy and Emmy nominated singer/actress is also set to play a starring role as Billie Holiday in Lee Daniels' upcoming film, The United States vs. Billie Holiday.
