BONO, WILL.I.AM AND JENNIFER HUDSON #SING4LIFE

In what could be viewed as a blueprint for online songwriter collaboration from isolation, U2 frontman Bono has teamed up with will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson and Yoshiki to complete a song idea he vlogged several days ago on his band's Instagram.

Bono's first attempt at the song was on St. Patrick's Day, and posted the following day on 3/18, a rough stream-of-consciousness piano demo called "Let Your Love Be Known." With what sounds like some sparse production and arrangement help from will.i.am, along with additional vocals from will.i.am and Hudson from their respective homes, and keyboards from Yoshiki, it's evolved into a nicely-structured ballad, which has already inspired a slew of UGC cover versions from all over the world, especially from fans in hardest-hit Italy who inspired the song's lyrics.
