TOFFLER, STAGEIT TEAM UP TO HELP LOCAL JOINTS

Gunpowder & Sky has partnered with Stageit to help local bars and restaurants in this time of need. They are seeking out artists to volunteer to perform for Stageit Local, a new series of concerts that will be streamed on Stageit with proceeds going to a local bar or restaurant of each artist's choosing.

G&S CEO Van Toffler and Stageit Founder/CEO Evan Lowenstein have released a joint statement on the new partnership and initiative:

"We all got our start somewhere—somewhere local. And now, those local bars and restaurants need our help. Stageit and Gunpowder & Sky are calling on all artists who are willing and able to volunteer their time to join Stageit Local, a new series of shows that will be available to watch on Stageit, with proceeds going to the local bar or restaurant of each artist’s choosing."

"We’re so appreciative of the performers who are already offering live, free shows online," Toffler adds, "but now with Stageit Local, we're asking them to consider also using a platform that enables fans to donate to those neighborhood establishments in need. Artists can perform from home, fans can watch from home —proceeds go to local destinations in need. Everyone wins."
