TAKING STOCK
With the market closing up, we'll take the good news where we can find it. A quick glance at some top companies in the media space offers a refreshingly northward movement. Live Nation is one of the biggest gainers, adding 18.37% at 42.85. Apple is up 12% at about 278. Disney gained 11.7%, landing at 102.52. Sony gained 7.1% (it's now 56.32). Netflix ascended 6.7% to 336.30. Amazon is up 6.5% at 1,785. Spotify is up 3.6% at 131.56.
The market gained 2k overall after President Trump's afternoon address.
Let's enjoy this bit of uplifting market news while it lasts.
