CELEBRATING THE WOMEN OF DEF JAM

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the women of Def Jam gathered in their N.Y. headquarters this afternoon (3/9). Def Jam’s VP of Finance Jennifer Hirsch-Davis—a 23-year veteran of the company—encouraged younger women on the team to seek mentorship, share ideas, provide support and celebrate their strength every day of the year. After plotting the overthrow of the patriarchy, the group then gathered for the photo-op seen above. In other "women of Def Jam" news, Jhené Aiko is headed for a big debut.
