An all-star cast contributes on the album, most notably on the album's title track, featuring Chicago legends Juice WRLD and Chance The Rapper and Lil Uzi Vert. The album art features Herbo holding the United States flag, with images of faces of loved ones he's lost replacing stars—emblematic of the pain and trauma he's suffered in the streets of Chicago.
