Reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year Keith Urban, who dropped a new single this morning, will be the host for 55th ACM Awards on 4/5. It will be Keith’s first time hosting the show.
The announcement accompanied the release of his new Hit Red/Capitol Nashville single “God Whispered Your Name.”
“As if having a new song out today wasn’t enough, I also get to host the ACMs in April,” Urban said. “I’ll tell you—this year already feels like the most creative and energized year of my life.”
Urban follows the two-year run of Reba McEntire as host. Nominations will be announced this morning.
