TIMBERLAKE RETURNS TO TROLL-ING

This is the kind of trolling we can get into: SZA and Justin Timberlake have released their lead-off track from the Trolls World Tour soundtrack.

Timberlake and SZA wrote “The Other Side” for the film with Ludwig Göransson, Max Martin and Sarah Aarons; Timberlake and Göransson produced. It’s the first single from RCA’s Trolls World Tour (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) that comes out 3/13.

MTV Live, MTV U and BET Soul premiered the video this morning, and it was also screened on ViacomCBS’s Times Square billboards. Timberlake and Göransson executive produced the soundtrack that features Kelly Clarkson, Anderson .Paak, Mary J. Blige, Anna Kendrick, George Clinton, Dierks Bentley and others.

“It has been such a fun process writing and executive producing for this project,” said Timberlake. “Being able to bring together different creatives from various disciplines and genres has been the most rewarding part.

"Creating something that serves the movie while still being able to exist apart from it has been a fun challenge that was made even more exciting by working with the other amazing artists that helped us put this together.”

Elsewhere on the soundtrack, Timberlake sings “Perfect for Me” solo and on “Trolls Wanna Have Good Times” with Kendrick, James Corden, Ester Dean and Icona Pop; “Don’t Slack” with.Paak; “It’s All Love” with .Paak, Blige and Clinton; “Just Sing” with Kendrick, Clarkson, Blige, .Paak and Kenan Thompson; and “Trolls 2 Many Hits Mashup” with Kendrick, Corden and Pop.
