GARY CLARK JR.'S BUSY WEEK

This week is a busy one for Gary Clark Jr. The Grammy quadruple nominee has just released a new version of his current single "Pearl Cadillac," now feat. Andra Day, check it out below. Clark Jr. and Day became friends years ago after playing shows together.

Clark Jr. has also completed a new shorter cut of the music video for his scorching single "This Land." The song is an anti-racism anthem, a standout from his 2019 album of the same name on Warner Records. The acclaimed clip was directed by Savanah Leaf, peep the new version below.

On 12/11 Clark Jr. performed "This Land" with The Roots on The Tonight Show, and performed "Pearl Cadillac" earlier in the week on The Kelly Clarkson Show, both on NBC.

Clark Jr. also just released a shortened clip of his How I Wrote This video interview that he did with Rolling Stone several months back, in which he describes the writing of "This Land," you can peep it here.
