Westlife have hit the top of the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart with Spectrum (Virgin EMI) becoming their eighth #1 on 63k combined chart sales. Over on singles, Billie Eilish starts at #3 with “Everything I Wanted” (Polydor).
Spectrum is Westlife’s first studio album in nine years, and first #1 in 12; they last topped the albums chart in 2007 with Back Home (Sony BMG).
At #2, Celine Dion’s Courage (Columbia) is her highest charting album in the U.K. in 17 years; Take That’s new live album, Odyssey: Greatest Hits Live (Eagle Rock), charts at #5.
Kidz Bop Kids’ Kidz Bop 2020 (Kidzbop) ends the week at #7, football pundit Chris Kamara scores at #8 with Here’s To Christmas (Silva Screen); and Tory Lanez’ Chixtape 5 (Interscope) rounds out the Top 10 with #10.
On the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, Tones & I’s “Dance Monkey” (Parlophone) is one week away from claiming the title of longest-running #1 single of 2019. It spends an eighth week at the top on 83k combined chart sales, including 9.6m streams.
Eilish’s “Everything I Wanted” is her third U.K. Top 10 while Maroon 5 score their eighth Top 5 with “Memories” (Polydor) rising to a new peak at #5.
Lewis Capaldi’s “Bruises” (Virgin EMI)rebounds four places to #6, matching the song's previous chart peak last month, and his new single “Before You Go” goes straight in at #19.
Self-released viral TikTok hit “Roxanne” by Arizona Zervas rises 14 places to #10, and Blackbear's “Hot Girl Bummer” (Interscope) also rises five places to #14.
Following his SNL presenter stint, Harry Styles goes back up seven places to #16 with “Lights Up” (Columbia) and his latest, “Watermelon Sugar,” is new at #35.
