ROSALÍA WINS BIG AT LATIN GRAMMYS

Rosalía won the Album of the Year Latin Grammy Thursday night for El Mal Querer (Columbia), becoming the first solo female performer to receive the trophy since Shakira 13 years ago.

Rosalía won two other Latin Grammys: Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album and Best Urban Song for “Con Altura,” her collaboration with J Balvin. El Mal Querer was also named Best Engineered Album and Best Recording Package.

Camila Cabello won her first two Latin Grammys as “Mi Persona Favorita” was named Record of the Year and Best Pop Song. She shared the honors with Alejandro Sanz.

Bad Bunny’s debut, X 100Pre, was named Best Urban Music Album.

Juanes was named the Latin Recording Academy’s 2019 Person of the Year and after performing a medley of his hits, was presented the award by Metallica’s Lars Ulrich.
