NOT SO SILENT NIGHT'S 2019 NOISEMAKERS

Mumford & Sons, Vampire Weekend, Cage the Elephant, The Raconteurs, The 1975 and SHAED are among the acts confirmed for the 2019 edition of Entercom/RADIO.COM alt-rock fest Not So Silent Night. The shows will take place in NYC, San Francisco and San Diego.

SVP of Programming and Music Initiatives Michael Martin could hardly contain himself when he broke the news on Wednesday morning. “The growth of Not So Silent Night over the last three decades [it started back in 1991] epitomizes our commitment to delivering the best of live and local events to our listeners, and we’re excited about the latest installments of this highly anticipated show,” he said. “The passion for alternative music is palpable, and fans in these three cities can expect an unforgettable night featuring some of the genre’s most exciting acts.” 

The lineup for the New York show—on 12/5, and hosted by ALT 92.3—includes Mumford, VW, Cage, Jimmy Eat World, Of Monsters and Men, Judah & the Lion and SHAED. Tix go on sale this Friday morning at 10, but AmEx cardholders can get them now through Thursday.

The San Francisco installment (12/7, hosted by ALT 105.3), will feature Mumford, twenty one pilots, The Raconteurs, The 1975, Of Monsters and Men and White Reaper. Tix available on Friday.

Onstage in San Diego (12/8, hosted by ALT 949) will be Neon Trees, Local Natives, SHAED, Half Alive, White Reaper and Winnetka Bowling League. Ticket info on station site.
