Sony Legacy has 11 vinyl titles from the likes of Pearl Jam, Jeff Buckley and Cheap Trick; Rhino’s eight titles include singles box sets from Aretha Franklin and The Pretenders; Capitol’s offerings include a Paul McCartney single; and Third Man has a Patsy Cline set.
Legacy’s releases are a 7” single from Arcade Fire, “Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)” b/w “My Buddy”; the previously unreleased Jeff Buckley Live On KCRW: Morning Becomes Eclectic; a Cheap Trick double LP Are You Ready? – Live 12/31/79; a 12” single of J. Cole’s 2014 Forest Hills Drive EP; Miles Davis’ Early Minor: Rare Miles From The Complete In a Silent Way Sessions; a picture disc of Jimi Hendrix’s Merry Christmas and Happy New Year EP; a Kings Of Leon live EP Day Old Belgian Blues; and a Willie Nelson single, “Sometimes Even I Can Get Too High” b/w “It’s All Going To Pot.”
Previously released albums that are new to vinyl are Pearl Jam’s MTV Unplugged; Elvis Presley’s American Sound Sessions 1969; and Joe Satriani’s Surfing With The Alien (Deluxe Edition).
Rhino’s offerings are all limited editions: Alice Cooper’s Billion Dollar Babies (Live); Franklin’s The Atlantic Singles Collection 1968; DEVO Live!; Geddy Lee’s My Favourite Headache; a 3-LP 180-gram vinyl in triple gatefold of Lou Reed’s The Raven; Pretenders’ UK Singles 1979–1981; The Doors’ Live At The Isle Of Wight Festival 1970 and The Monkees’ Christmas Party Plus!
McCartney has a picture disc single "Home Tonight" b/w "In A Hurry,” two unreleased songs recorded during the Greg Kurstin sessions for Egypt Station.
U2 has a 40th anniversary pressing of THREE that features remastered versions of "Out of Control", "Stories for Boys" and "Boy-Girl." Also in stores will be The Weeknd’s first EP My Dear Melancholy; a Dave Matthews Band live 5-LP box set; Dr. John’s Babylon from 1968 after 40 years of being out of print; Nick Lowe’s new version of “Cruel To Be Kind” recorded with Wilco; and Todd Rundgren’s take on Squeeze’s “Bang Bang.”
