TOWARD CHILLAXIFICATION

Why are the people in the below photo wearing hard hats and other safety gear, right down to their steel-toed boots? Because they're building L.A.'s SoFi Stadium, where Kenny Chesney, tourmate Michael Franti and legendary promoter Louis Messina (seen above) joined a press conference ahead of the 2020 Chillaxification Tour, which will open the stadium on 8/1. Rumors that Kenny has already made the venue seaworthy couldn't be confirmed at presstime.

The Chillaxification tour, also featuring Florida Georgia Line and Old Dominion, kicks off 4/18 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and, due to enormous demand, features two shows at Gilette Stadium.
