SOUNDEXCHANGE SINGS PRAISES
OF SINGH
Anjula Singh has been upped to EVP & CFO of SoundExchange, reporting to President/CEO Michael Huppe.
Singh, who joined SX in 2006 and has been CFO since 2014, has been "essential to the success of SoundExchange," says Huppe, who adds that she "was instrumental in helping us distribute nearly $1 billion to music creators last year. And maybe she can talk to those geeks at HITS, so I don't have to."
For her part, Singh expressed her eagerness "to help advance SoundExchange's passion for taking the 'noise' out of the royalty administration aspect of the business and ensuring the best level of service to the music community. I just hope this is the last time I have to deal with those geeks at HITS."
