NPRMusic.org will livestream tonight’s 18th annual Americana Honors & Awards from Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, while SiriusXM’s Outlaw Country will simulcast the audio of the ceremony, which begins at 6:30pm CDT. Nashvillians can also listen live by tuning in to WRLT (100.1 FM), WSM (650 AM) or WMOT (89.5 FM). The Milk Carton Kids return as co-hosts.

The AmericanaFest, which runs through Sunday (9/15), kicked off Tuesday night with a “Sheryl Crow and Friends” show at the Cannery co-sponsored by the AMA and Spotify. Joining Crow were Bonnie Raitt, one of the 24 artists featured on Sheryl’s new LP, Threads (Big Machine), and Glassnote-signed, U.K.-based youngster Jade Bird, who’s nominated in the Emerging Act of the Year category.

On 11/23, PBS will broadcast ACL Presents: The Americana 18th Annual Honors, a special episode of Austin City Limits featuring performance highlights from the show.
