APPLE MUSIC CHARTS SHAZAM BREAKOUTS

Apple Music’s latest chart is all thumbs. The Shazam Discovery Top 50, a weekly global ranking of the top 50 trending tracks on the song ID app, debuts today and will be updated every Tuesday.

Shazam Discovery Top 50 ranks songs that are trending in the U.S. and 10 other countries; artists from more countries will be featured soon. Two tunes from the latest Fast & Furious franchise, Hobbs & Shaw, top the debut edition of the chart.

All are experiencing a level of momentum indicative of future potential to hit the top of Shazam's charts, and are either moving quickly through Shazam’s charts, or growing rapidly, steadily and/or geographically.
