FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

The online debut of Tool’s catalog from the ‘90s and early aughts, Ariana Grande's new single and a collection of Drake's odds and ends make for an interesting flipover Friday.

Tool has commandeered five slots in the Top 10: 1996’s Ænima (Tool Dissectional/Volcano/RCA) is #4; the 2001 release Lateralus is #5; their final album, 2006’s10,000 Days, is #6; their full-length debut from 1993, Undertow, is #7; and 1992’s Opiate EP is #9.

Eight of the band’s tracks are in the Top 30, led by “Sober” at #6 and “Schism” at #9. It’s all a lead-up to the band's 8/30 release, Fear Inoculum.

Besides the classic Tool releases, RCA has the #1 album at iTunes, Tyler Childers' Country Squire (Hickman Holler/RCA) #1, about which Grammy chatter is already underway.

Skillet's Victorious (Atlantic) sits at #2 followed by Drake's Care Package (OVO/Republic) at #3 and the deluxe edition of Volbeat's Rewind, Replay, Rebound (Republic) at #8

Prior to tonight’s premiere, Disney's Descendants 3 soundtrack is already #10.

Grande’s single with collaborators Social House, "Boyfriend" (Republic), tops the iTunes songs chart.
