MAREN GETS A HERO'S WELCOME WITH PLAQUES

Maren Morris
was recently surprised with a hero's welcome of platinum and gold plaques at an intimate gathering at SMN boss Randy Goodman's home. Posing—ahem—in the middle, is Morris holding a platinum plaque of her debut album, HERO, surrounded by her management and label team. Two tracks from her critically acclaimed sophomore album, GIRL, have been certified Gold, along with "Rich" from HERO.

Pictured above helping Morris hold all her plaques are (back row l-r) SVP Columbia Nashville Promo Shane Allen, SMN COO/EVP Ken Robold, SMN Chairman/CEO Randy Goodman, Morris' manager Janet Weir, SMN EVP Promo/Artist Development Steve Hodges and EVP A&R Jim Catino.
