THE VOICE : ADAM'S GONE; GWEN'S BACK

Gwen Stefani will return to The Voice next season, replacing Adam Levine, who's bowing out after 16 seasons in his big red chair.

Levine has been a coach on the show since its inception in 2011, famously developing a “frenemy” relationship with fellow coach Blake Shelton, which has been one of the show’s attractions.

Stefani, who was a coach in 2014 and 2015, has been dating Shelton for several years.
