Pandora starts turning SiriusXM programs into podcasts today, offering shows from Kevin Hart, Ricky Gervais, Hoda Kotb, Nik Carter and many others.
The podcasts are filled with talk about entertainment, comedy, music and sports.
“We’re excited that some of our most popular talk shows are now being made available to Pandora users,” said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM’s President and Chief Content Officer. “This will be a great opportunity for new audiences to discover these SiriusXM shows, while providing Pandora with great programming, as we continue to collaborate on content opportunities for both platforms.”
On the music side, Pandora is offering Trunk Nation with Eddie Trunk interviewing stars; Debatable with MTV VJ Mark Goodman and magazine editor Alan Light discussing music topics; Feedback with radio personality Nik Carter and author/editor Lori Majewski; and Sway in the Morning. The full list of podcasts is here.
The announcement of select SiriusXM talk programs becoming available as podcasts on Pandora follows the recent launch of Pandora NOW, the first content offering available exclusively to SiriusXM and Pandora listeners.
