THANK U, NEXT NUMBERS

Ariana Grande’s thank u, next (Republic) is nearing 1.3m RTD. The set has done about 1.4m in on-demand audio, and sold 177k+ albums and about 940k tracks. When thank u bowed on our chart on 2/18 with a 355k first-week, it was at about 700k RTD (thanks to the tracks that were released prior to the album drop).

Ari’s “7 rings” is currently #1 at Spotify Global and Top 5 U.S., while “break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored” is #7 Global and Top 10 U.S. “Rings” and “girlfriend” were #5 and Top 10, respectively, on our most recent streaming chart. At Apple Music, “girlfriend” is Top 15 and “thank u, next” is Top 25. “7 rings” is also Top 10 at iTunes.

Scooter Braun and Monte Lipman have announced that they’ll be going all lower-case.
