BBC WEEKEND FEST TAKES SHAPE

BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend will take place in the British football town of Middlesbrough on 5/25-26, with Miley Cyrus, The 1975, Mumford & Sons, Bring Me the Horizon, Jess Glynne and Stormzy among those in the lineup.

The annual festival will welcome 64k fans, and performances will be broadcast across radio, TV, online and social. Rita Ora, Sigrid, Jax Jones and James Arthur join the latest run of acts to be announced, following Little Mix, Future, Mabel, Zara Larsson and Khalid. In addition, there will be sets from Billie Eilish, Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender, Vampire Weekend, Ellie Goulding and Catfish & the Bottlemen.
