ROB LIGHT TEES UP MITCH ROSE

Saban Community Clinic will honor CAA’s Mitch Rose at the Clinic’s 24th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, 3/25, at El Caballero Country Club. Rob Light, Mitch’s longtime colleague at the agency, takes it from here:

“Mitch has been my friend and partner for over 35 years,” says Light. “He is the first one to step up for all when we are being honored, need counsel or can use some help. He is someone we all count on when we need a friend, and now we have a chance to say thank you and celebrate him.

“For years, we have all admired and respected the important work of the Clinic. Saban Community Clinic was founded in 1967, as the Los Angeles Free Clinic, on the principle that health care is a right, not a privilege. They operate three Clinics in L.A., providing health care, dental care and mental health counseling through 114k patient visits each year. Nearly 75% of the Clinic’s patients live below the poverty line, making $24k for a family of four. Despite any changes in the health care landscape, the Clinic is committed to providing accessible, affordable care in a safe, nonjudgmental setting.

“Funds raised at the Annual Golf Classic allow the Clinic to provide high-quality healthcare services to anyone who walks through their doors, regardless of their ability to pay.
