WEEZER'S A-HA MOMENT

Having conquered new terrain with their smash cover of "Africa," Alternative heroes and inveterate pranksters Weezer now present a very different cover (from their hit-filled Weezer, aka The Teal Album). The video for the Crush Music troupe's version of a-ha's '80s monster "Take on Me" features Calpurnia, the band fronted by Stranger Things star/Weezer superfan Fin Wolfhard. Those of you who recall the graphics of the original video (and who can easily picture a tenderly young Rivers Cuomo) will likely be grinning goofily as you watch.

The band is due to drop its highly anticipated new original set, Weezer (The Black Album), on 3/1; Weezer's co-headling tour with fellow alt-rock heroes The Pixies kicks off on 3/8.
