Add Diana Ross to the list of artists being honored at the 61st annual Grammy Awards in February.
The Recording Academy will honor Miss Ross and celebrate her greatest musical accomplishments during the telecast hosted by Alicia Keys.
Anniversary watchers will note that it was 60 years ago, in 1959, when Ross joined Florence Ballard, Mary Wilson and Betty McGlown in The Primettes. In 1960, the group auditioned for Motown Records, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, signing with the label as The Supremes in early 1962.
The Grammys will be held 2/10 at Staples Center.
