J. Cole's "Middle Child," the first single from the upcoming Dreamville/Roc Nation/Interscope compilation Revenge of the Dreamers III, has shot to #2 at iTunes and Apple Music upon its release late Wednesday.
The Revenge sessions were held in Atlanta and ran for 10 days beginning 1/6. Social media buzz for the project was sent into overdrive when the all-star cast of producers and collaborators began posting their invitations. Among those who were summoned to the sessions: Lil Baby, Vince Staples, 6LACK, Meek Mill, Tay Keith and JID.
"Middle Child" is J. Cole's first solo track since he dropped "Album of the Year (Freestyle)" in August.
