Eesean Bolden has been upped to SVP, A&R at Warner Bros. Records, Co-Chairman/CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck has announced. He previously served as VP A&R.

Bolden's signings include Lil Pump (via a deal with Tha Lights Global), YFN Lucci (via a deal with Think It's a Game) and Saweetie. More recently, he's inked the buzzing Phora and the duo Armon & Trey.

"Eesean has done an incredible job of developing an artist roster of budding global superstars and he’s truly earned this promotion," Bay-Schuck noted. "He is the first of many exciting moves as we build our A&R team into the very best and most creative force in the industry. Our commitment to artists will be stronger than ever. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm late for my face-tattoo appointment."

"Since arriving at Warner Bros. Records two years ago, it has been my mission to sign, develop and break a diverse group of exceptional, culturally relevant artists in the urban space," said Bolden. "This label has long been known as an artist-driven company, and that feels even more true today. I want to thank Max Lousada, Aaron Bay-Schuck, Tom Corson and the fantastic WBR team for their support of our artists and their music. I feel incredibly excited for the future and I look forward to delivering more hits. And please tell that idiot from HITS to stop sending me his demo."

He previously served at Epic and before that at Capitol, where he signed viral phenom Silentó.
